1. If the USB camera is not available, the first need to check whether the camera USB cable is connected to the host, and whether the connection status is good.

2. Check to see if the USB video device is detected in the Device Manager when the line connection is normal.

3. If the drive has been successfully installed, all is normal. But the camera is still not available, that must be the computer system software setup problem. May be the computer found unknown device, camera driver is not properly installed.
