A: There are 3 axis procedure, first balance the camera on the pitch axis, after leave enough space for follow focus device, move the camera forward/backward to maintain  the camera still at any pitch angle, then 2nd step , adjust the Roll axis balance, release the D3 Roll arm locking knob to adjust the arm left/right to make the roll arm leveling. 3rd step, hold up the gimbal side left, left the camera face to your left, and roll arm and the pan arm become a "line", adjust the pan arm to make this "line" maintain leveling, the balance is done.

22.   Q：The initial power-on position is not in correct/ leveling position.

A: Possible reason 1. Gyro need to calibrate；2 Initial angle set；3 Home degree set。

a.        Press the ReSet button 5 times after power on，calibrate the gimbal。If the gimbal has no improve, proceed to step b.

b.        Run the BCG GUI，go to “RC Settings” tab， ”Operation Mode Setting” ‘Don’t update initial angle’ tick ，and click the “write” button at the lower right.

c.       If the problem persists，go to “follow mode” Tab , in the ‘advanced Settings’-- Home position offset, set value =0.

23.   Q：Can I speed up the Joystick remote speed?

A : Yes, it can be adjust the speed of the joystick.

a. Run the SimpleBGC GUI ， go to tab “RC Settings”，roll to ”Operation Mode Setting” area, In the Speed column（Roll，Pitch，Yaw）adjust each value of axis，then click the “write” button in lower right to save。值越大，速度越快，值越小，速度越慢。

24.   Q：Is that possible to turn off the beep alarm?

A:  Yes, Sure

steps：

Run the SimpleBGC GUI，go to “Service” Tab， roll to ”Buzzer and LED”  section，undo the tick，then click the “write” button in lower right to save.

25.   Q: It is possible to revise the time lapse timing?

A:  Yes, Sure

Run the SimpleBGC GUI，go to “Service” tab, roll down to ”Time-lapse parameters” area，go to “Time-lapse time，sec” column, revised the value, then click the “write” button in lower right   to save. The unit in this column is second.
