  A: V5is compatible with iPhone series, Huawei P9, MI 5, MEIZU MX 6, Samsung S7 and other Android phones which width is between 57 and 82 mm. The max payload is 200 g.

Q: How to charge V5? How long does it take to charge fully? How to know the battery is fully charged? 

  A：Find USB cable provided to connect to the Micro USB port on V5, and connect the other end of USB cable to charger adapter(not include), it will take about 3 hours to charge, once the battery is fully charged, the power indicator will be off.

Q: Is action camera compatible with V5

   A: V5 is not compatible with action cameras because of the frame will interfering with phone clip.

A: Hold still the handle with your left hand and rotate the soft grip under the pan motor anti-clockwise to lose and pull out and clockwise to lock.

Q: How to switch to portrait mode? 

 A: Rotate the handle to the horizontal direction, the gimbal will automatically switch to portrait mode.

Q: How to perform face tracking and object tracking

 A: After entering the App camera, tap the avatar on the upper right to enable the face tracking, or the frame icon next it is the object tracking.

   A: Reboot the APP or the smartphone to connect the gimbal again.

 Q: Why gimbal is not level and how to calibrate it?

   A: In those cases, gimbal might be not level.

 ① Gimbal has not been used for a long period of time.

 ② Extreme temperature variations between indoor and outdoor.

 ③ Extreme variations in geographical setting, such as from South to North region, or from lower   altitudes to high altitudes

Motor Calibration：

1  Mount the tripod to the gimbal and put is on a level platform, clip the phone to the gimbal and pull out the roll arm till it balanced;

2  Keep push the joystick upward and press the power on button to enter the motor calibrate mode, the green light will be on and red light blinking slowly. 

3  Click the shutter button once, then the green light on, and red light blinking quickly, it indicates the Motor calibrate started, the 3 motor of each axis will be swing/ vibrate a little bit and hold.

4  Once the red light blinking slow down, it indicates the calibration is done.

5  Turn off the power after the calibration.

Horizontal Calibration：

1 Mount the tripod to the gimbal and put is on a level platform, clip the phone to the gimbal and pull out the roll arm till it balanced;

2 Keep the Joystick push to the right side and power on to enter the Gyro calibrate mode, the green light will be on and red light blinking slowly.

3 Click the shutter button once, then the green light on, and red light blinking quickly, it indicates the Gyro calibrate started, in this status, you

can use the joystick to adjust the tilt/pitch and Roll the phone to a horizontal leveling, and manually turn the pan axis to the center position, click the shutter button once to save.

4 Once the red light blinking slow down, it indicates the calibration is done.

5 turn off the power after the calibration.
