Q:  Does it work with my iPhone ?

A:  Yes, we have phone clip and GoPro Adapter for mounting the phone or active CAM on this head, and support to remote the shutter with bluetooth connect.

Q:  How to pair the head with my phone?

A:  Turn on your Bluetooth on the phone and search for AFI, the light is blinking green, and pairing, once paired, the lights goes green. You can remote the phone camera shutter by press the Camera button on the controller.
 
Q:  How to charge this head? And how to know it is fully charged?

A:  Connect the panoramic head with the USB cable to the charger or computer, while charging, it light is red, once the battery is fully charges, the Red light turns off.
 
Q:  How long does the rechargeable battery last?
A:  It last for 9 hours
 

Q:  What is the range (distance from main unit) of the remote control? Is an IR or wireless

A:  It is about 5 meter, it is a IR remote
 

Q:  What is the Max payload? Can it hold my DSLR?

A:  500g/1.1lbs at horizontal,200g/0.45lbs at vertical, if your device in this range, it can be hold and pan.

 
Q:  How fast/ slow does this head rotating ?

A:  2 rounds-5round per minute
 

Q:  Does it do multiple 360's without stopping or does it stop at one 360 and then go back?

A:  Multiple 360 degree without stopping, but the 10S mode will only one 360 degree and stop

 
Q: C an this MRP01 mount on the tripod?

A: Yes, it is a universal 1/4” thread on the bottom, you can mount it on Tripod or other device with 1/4” screw

 
Q: Is there an app I need to operate the l this via Bluetooth?

A: Actually it is a IR remote operates the head and the head connect to phone’s shutter.

 
Q: Is there an ability to tilt the camera/phone upwards or downwards?

A: Unfortunately no. It was designed for panorama, scan video, and clone people on 1 shot.

 
Q: Can it work upside down?

A: Yes, but max payload only 300g
